Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is usually 300 yards, sometimes 200 yards for specialty items, depending on alterations requested, the type of fabric, yarns required, colors, etc.
SK can start the custom weave/Value Engineering process upon receipt of your project specifications, with complete requirements, pattern/repeat pictures and cuttings to match.
Initial or approximate pricing (FOB USA) can be provided 1-2 weeks after receipt of the above. SK can also offer computer aided designs (CAD) if needed, as well as ground cloths for client approval.
Once we receive your written approval of our pricing (and of CAD/ground cloths, if needed), we will proceed with a strike-off sample, approx. 4 weeks.
If a strike-off sample still needs work, we will work with the mill on adjustments.
Once a strike-off is approved and an order is received, SK can proceed with final production. If mockup/model room yardage is required, there may be a fee associated with it along with a MOQ requirement per mill.
